Must Complete online registration
(returning players already have online account contact by text (909) 286-8274 for sign on info and password)
Pay online and once you have received email confirmation
must printout ALL forms and bring to one of the in-person Registration days
with all necessary paperwork (proof of residence and Birth Certificate)
Please pay online with Card and if
necessary,
in person you can pay with Cash or Check.
